Great service. Went in, as directed by pharmacist, with an eye problem. Lots of testing done, prescription given, with clear instructions regarding prescribed items, and review appointment made. Went back for my sight test, equally good service. This practice dot all the i's, cross all the t's and give lots of relevant eyecare advice. Specs came in 2 days after test date. Exceptional efficiency. I'd recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

Always have a good experience with quayside, we always have friendly customer service. They’re amazing with my little boy who’s prone to breaking his glasses! They even put in a fast delivery for me in order to get them in time for our holiday!

Me and my wife made our first ever visit to Quayside Opticians on Thursday 11th June 2026. It was an emergency visit as my wife had a very sore eye. We were treated like Royalty! The staff were marvellous, friendly, sensitive to our needs, informative and efficient with the service given. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty! and got the ball rolling with further treatment for my wife at Wrexham Maelor Hospital. I can only offer my greatest praise and thanks to Quayside Opticians. We will definately be using them again. This is a genuine review. We wer not given any inducements to write this review.
