Fantastic service, friendly and very efficient

Awesome opticians! Came in today after I broke my frames and needed my lenses swapped into new ones. Quayside swapped them over free of charge with no fuss at all. Super friendly, professional and fast. My glasses finally stay on properly — no more glue and tape holding them together! Highly recommended local business.

Had an allergic reaction to something which effected my eyes. They seen me on short notice and continued to have follow up appointments with me to see how the medications were working. Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I can't thank you guys enough for the time you put into helping me. This Opticians is the best I’ve ever been to. So much more attention and care given compared to a chain Opticians whereby I just felt like I was being ‘ processed ‘ . Quayside gives friendly, professional and attentive service and care. They aren’t local to where I live but I still travel to see them because of how amazing they are. I’d highly recommend Quayside Opticians.

Very good experience, had a burst blood vessel in my eye. They arranged an appointment for the next day, they put me at ease and treated it. While I was there I opted for an eye test and examination. Very professional and fantastic staff. 5 stars. Would definitely recommend.
